The best way to get answers about any trading related questions is within our closed Facebook Group: Pro Trader – Inner Circle. If you’re not taking advantage of the monthly membership access, you are missing out on a group full of knowledgable traders.

Our support staff cannot offer any type of trading advice or recommendations. But they can assist you if you are having technical issues within the course. 

To speak with a member of our support staff, please click the help icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Please fill out the form using the name and email you used when you purchased the course and describe your issue as detailed as possible.

We try our best to answer each inquiry on the same business day. If we do not get to your ticket today, we will respond by the next business day. Our support hours are 8AM – 5PM EST Monday – Friday.

Where is my login information?

Your login information was sent to the email address you used while purchasing a Trading Price course.

If it has been more than 20 minutes and you do not see a “Welcome To Trading Price” email, please check your Spam/Junk folders. If the email is in your Spam/Junk folder, please whitelist our mailing address so you’ll receive email communication from us in the future.

If you’re still not seeing an email from Trading Price, please fill out the help form in the bottom right corner of this page. 

I can’t log in to my account. 

Make sure you are using the correct login credentials provided to you. Your username will always be the email address associated with your account. Your password is case sensitive and 8 characters long. It was sent to your email immediately after purchasing a course from Trading Price.

If you do not remember your password please use the Forgot My Password feature to reset it. If you’re still having issues logging in, please fill out the help form in the bottom right corner of this page.

The login page is telling me my account doesn’t exist. 

Please go back through your emails to find the correct login information in the “Welcome To Trading Price” email. If you know you’re entering your information correctly, please fill out the help form in the bottom right corner of this page.

Why won’t thinkorswim load on my Mac?

Some Macbook users have experienced issues downloading and setting up their thinkorswim account. Please make sure you are using Mac OS X 10.11 or later. Then visit the following page to download thinkorswim for Mac: https://www.tdameritrade.com/tools-and-platforms/thinkorswim/desktop/download.html
